Returns & Exchange Policy

At Chandi & Co., every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery — and your satisfaction means the world to us. That said, we have a few simple guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness for both sides.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — as each piece is prepared especially for you with great care.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in case of a manufacturing defect or if the item arrives damaged.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear photos or a video of the issue along with your order number by email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we’ll happily arrange an exchange.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or you can select an alternative product of equal value.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
