Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to increased instances of scams and fraudulent orders.
  • All orders must be fully paid before processing and dispatch. Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Shipping time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service efficiency.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

For areas where these services are unavailable, we will ship via India Post.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional charges (such as remote area surcharges) will be communicated before dispatch.

General Terms

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply.
